The Easiest 4 Ingredient Banana Oat Meal Cookies.

How can baking biscuits ever be quick? You usually must have a scale, carefully measure out all the components, caress the bread to ages, then cut out small cookies in to heart, star and moon shapes then wait another century'til they are baked.

NEVER EVER would I bake cookies under these conditions. That's just how I roll. But I encounter those Banana Oatmeal Fitness Cookies (that is what I call them, anyway.)

Ok, they don't taste exactly like the biscuits you get round Christmas time. Rather they're a little more gooey and do not crumble in any respect.

However, what largely convinced me was you can have them prepared in 25 minutes such as the baking time! No shit.

Possibly the most astonishing thing about the biscuits is they call for just two ingredients! Yep that's correct, and anybody can combine two components.

Though if you would like to make them even tastier and/or healthier you can pimp them up with a few add ons like raisins, walnuts or cinnamon. That is Your Choice!

It sounds increasingly like a sales pitch (it is not -- nobody's gonna pay me should you consume them), but I have to say one more awesome thing about those cookies.

They are tasty! Yep, once I'd had the initial I finished the remainder within an hour.

They're ideal for hiking trips or other occasions where you need a quick pleasant bite on the go. Now I keep them as a fast snack in my back pack.

It must also be mentioned that they're vegan. No eggs, no milk, no none of the standard cookie suspects. Just oats and peanuts.

Banana Oatmeal Fitness Cookies.

Take oats such as. Not only do they reduce your cholesterol levels which in turn helps you stop developing heart disease or diabetes, but they also energize you with good carbohydrates and nutrients to keep you going for more throughout the day.

Those nutrients include manganese, great for bone creation and skin integrity in addition to magnesium -- essential for energy generation to allow you to feel fuller

Same with bananas -- the favorite fruit one of athletes -- not only because they contain a decent quantity of good carbohydrates but also for being the huge players at the potassium video game.

Potassium is a really important nutrient for preventing fatigue and muscular cramps. Pretty good if you have a tough day ahead of you.

Because you can see, I am a huge fan.

Have you ever been stuck somewhere in character and thought"damn I am in trouble!" ? If yes, where? Just combine peas and peas and then bake them for 15 minutes. Fantastic for when you want a power boost on the go. Enjoy!

2 ripe bananas

1 cup rolled oats (oatmeal or porridge oats operate really well)

2 tsp cinnamon

1 small handful raisins

1 little handful walnuts, crumbled

1 little handful sesame seeds, toasted

You may add pretty much anything you like!

US Customary - Metric

If you do not have that make sure to grease the baking dish with butter (or olive oil if you're vegetarian )

To make the cookie contour just grab a spoon and garnish a decent sum from the mix onto the baking tray like I did at the photo above. It is super quick and easy.

Away it goes into the oven for around 15 - 20 minutes.
